This tutorial is a look I got inspired by Vintageortacky. It is Inspired from her Sultry Fall look. Not an exact duplication. I made some in provisions to suit my eye shape, and what eyeshadows I had to work with. I admire her work as a Makeup Artist and have been following her channel for some time now.
