The first bullet hole is what I did for halloween on myself & my sister a couple of years ago mainly because I was working & just didn't have the time to do anything more elaborate!
These kind of 'special effects' makeups are generally simple enough to do and still quite effective!
Definitely practice a few times before the day though. I had almost forgotten how I did this back in 2010 and I don't think it came out quite as good as then but it will still give give ye the general idea how it's done. I have put pictures on my blog of how my sister & I looked with it on the first time!
