Being in a relationship for 8 years I still don't fully know my bf. I want to be REALLY sure that I want to marry him. He does not live with me, but spends the night frequently. I think since I have seen failed relationships (my parents and my bf's parents) we as a couple are hesitant to get married. We are different from our parents but are aware of what can happen. Enough about me lol ;P I think self-love is missing in society. If I knew that my bf was playing me I would dump his ass plain and simple! I agree with you that women should not put up with it and get out when red flags are shown! Anyways loved the post!
