The request was how one can make tired looking or small eyes to appear bigger, rounder, and brighter.
Many people choose to wear circle lenses to make their eyes look bigger, but this tutorial will include some tips on how you can make your eyes look rounder without them.
This tutorial is a whole look, but you may choose to use some of the tips that I mentioned in this video.
