Someone asked me how to get your liner thin when you have hooded eyes and this is how I personally do it. It's not the only way to apply liquid liner or add your lashes but it's the easiest way I have found. I literally practiced after I would get home from work for months with pretty sad results when I first started with makeup. The angle of the wing was what got me every time. Everyone will find there own way of making the wing that looks nice I tend to ignore the full curve of my eye and pull out straight or what looks like straight in the mirror and it makes a pretty wing for my shape.
