Obviously this is not the best tutorial so if you would like to skip out on this one no big deal. I do give a lot of good tips if you have hooded eyes like me, and where I got products for cheaper.

I wanted to do a softer more traditional colored Valentine's Day look because my last tutorial was pretty smokey and it might not be appropriate for everyone's needs. So I thought I would balance it out and have two different makeup looks to choose from.
