- 1 banana
- 1 apple (I use fuji)
- 5 oz of coconut water
- 1 scoop of chia seeds
- A handful of greens (I use a power green mix combo of baby chard, kale & spinach)
- 3 tablespoons of nonfat plain greek yogurt
- A handful of frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
