So this is an at home routine I created for myself to supplement what I'd usually do in the gym. I hit legs about 2-3x a week. This is a brutal workout that you WILL NOT be able to sit, walk, or barely stand the next few days after. So prepare yourself! lol The soreness will be in full effect! I used limited equitment (a mixture of bodyweight and one 25lb dumbbell) I'm posting the full workout video tonight (almost done editing it!) onto my Youtube Channel with more detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise properly so you can follow along & get the best results possible!
