Show More Do be gentle with me, this is my first proper video in about 3 years! I know I've put on weight and got older (I'm 40) and have a huge spot on my chin!

I also know the video is too long, messy background, too much talking, a lot of the close up detail is lost behind my hands, I don't have a fancy intro or any music on the slide show pics at the end.... Urghh I do not enjoy or have any talent for editing!!! But, each video I make will hopefully be an improvement on the last, I will keep trying. I don't currently have a video camera with a flip screen so I can't see myself when filming, my lovely daughter Melody is my camera woman, filming me on her new camera that she hasn't got to grips with the focus for the close up shots yet... So this video is a bit of a family effort.

That said, I do hope you get something from this vid and find it helpful or at least entertaining.
