Some of you know that I recently lost 10 pounds on a low carb diet and I thought I share my fake pancake recipe with you today! It is so simple and easy. All you need is: 2 eggs, 1 tsp coconut flour, 1 packet Stevia, Vanilla Extract, Heavy Whipping Cream. This pancake has under 2 g Carbs!
