Workout with me!
I wanted to put up a workout since I haven't added one to my #Fitlifeworkout playlist in a while. I am currently doing a 4 week program on the Nike training app which you can download on your iPhone and I think it's for android. Follow me @KaleiL.
I was using 10lbs & 5lbs weights for this workout and It felt great! In this workout, I am showing you some Cardiovascular moves with weights to burn more calories.

P.s, I think in every workout video, Hoku has to walk her little okole in my shot! Hahaha!
