Black Smokey Eye and Blue Eyeliner for small Eyes

Hey guys! One of my favorite looks that I feel like I can never pull off is a solid black smokey eye. Why you ask? Because I have small eyes and I think I look stupid. Obviously by today's video, looking stupid doesn't bother me. But seriously, it always bugged me, so when I figured out how to pull one off, I decided to show you guys how to do one. So for anyone who thought they couldn't pull of a black smokey eye because of small eyes.
