Hey Bailey Bunch! I went back and forth about whether or not to make this video. These are tips I think about when I'm trying to get the most out of my makeup - especially as I try to get back to some of the oldies by goodies in my collection. But, as I said them out loud, they kind of sounded like things everyone already knows. Still, I figured if it helps one person think about their makeup in a different way, it's a win - right?!
