Moisturizing natural hair is important for obtaining healthy hair. Hydrating natural hair is even more important. Hydrating + Moisture give us moisture retention when done properly. You can't have one without the other. In this video I show another way I like to re-moisturize and rehydrate my 4c hair during the week while incorporating heat. Dry natural hair is hair without hydration so no hydration is not where we want to be. We want the hydration in our hair to remain at or at least close to max hydration.
