This is my review and demo of the new Becca Under Eye Anti Fatigue and Under Eye Brightening Powder.
I do have very dry undereyes and also fine lines under that area. I did find where it says it has a cooling sensation on the website although the packaging did not say anything about cooling... but sadly I didn't feel any kind of cooling at all with this product.
