I also delve into the type of body that I have and how the Do the Unthinkable programme is actually helping with that.

Over a month ago, I decided to join the Do The Unthinkable programme by Muscle Food which has helped kickstart my health and fitness goals. I thought I'd share with you my top two favourite meals from the programme and you wouldn't believe that I can still eat this!

I'm very pleased with my progress so far and I can't wait to share with you guys my journey throughout this weight loss.

Always remember that when you start taking care of yourself you start feeling better, you start looking better and you start to attract better. It all starts within you!
