Hi, my beauty Luvs!! This is a few raw vegan smoothies I typically have everyday. I switch it up according to what my body needs. These beautiful parots live at a bird conservator which is about a mile from my home. They occasionally come by and greet us, before going home. When they flew over me their were soooo many it was hard to get the impact/affect as they went so fast!! They are so beauty!!!.
