- Helpers! At least 1-2 people to make sure everything is getting covered and that you can BREATHE!
- Plastic Wrap/Cling Film (or a bald cap)
- Spirit Gum/Pros Aide/adhesive to stick plastic to your face
- Petroleum Jelly for release (brows/lashes/exposed hair)
- Little bit of cotton to protect inside the ears (may not be 100% necessary)
