• Amla is the richest source of vitamin c that strengthens the hair. It consists of a number of essential fatty acids that nourish and moisturize the hair. These essential fatty acids are able to penetrate through the scalp to remove any dryness and consequently address issues like dandruff.
• Reetha (also called soap nut) is a natural cleanser. It cleans your scalp without stripping of the natural oils unlike other shampoos available in the market. Its various active components nourish the hair and keep it healthy and smooth.

• Shikakai is a natural conditioner that makes hair soft and smooth. It acts a powerful anti dandruff and protects the scalp from any other type of infection.
You can buy Reetha, shikakai and amla in any Indian grocery stores, or you can also purchase them online I have given link in description box.i am using whole herbs , If you have never used these herbs before, do a patch test to see if you are allergic to any ingredient and if you are using powder form make sure its pure.
To make this homemade shampoo you will require,
about 500ml of water1, soak 5-6 Reetha pods, 6-7 pieces of Shikakai and a few Amla fruits soak it overnight.
• The next morning, heat this mixture. Just when it begins to boil, turn the heat off.• Strain the mixture and the use the residue as a shampoo.
when you start using this shampoo you will notice reduction in hair loss when you wash your hair,it removes any dirt in the hair completetly,your hair will looks shiny,healthy & strong.
