I the only special make up product i used for this look was Spirit gum to glue my lip down. the rest is eye shadow and cream liners. :]

Soo.. To explain what a Splicer is in a Nut shell.. in the Video game, Bioshock, it takes place in the 1960's in an underwater city called Rapture. The citizens of the city were given access to a substance called ADAM that allowed them special powers like controlling fire, electicity, even telekenetic energy.
During a major war on the streets of rapture, the residents become addicted to the ADAM and become mutated and deformed and not to mention INSANE. So they're not zombies or anything. Theyre crazy deformed drug addicts with super powers. ;D The splicer my look is inspired from is simply named Toasty. He's actually from Bioshock 2 which i havent played.

if youre a fan of the series, i hope i did it justice and you appreciate the intro :P
