Other tidbits: Lesley Vanderwalt department headed the show. She just won an Oscar for Hair and Makeup for Mad Max Fury Road. Zhaan's designer Kevin Harper suggested Zhaan change colors with her mood but timing didn't allow for that. The actress that played Zhaan, Virginia Hey, had to leave her role due to the kidney damage that copious amounts of makeup caused her.
