I wanted glitter leopard print nails SO BAD, but I don't have black polish so I improvised! I grabbed my liquid eyeliner from Coastal Scents, my glitter, polish, and hoped it would turn out decent. Let me tell you something, this liquid eyeliner is still black as ever! I'm guessing it's because it's sealed by a top coat!
