Hey honey, so what I suggest is always use a face scrub and always moisturizer 1-2 times a day and if your not already try getting yourself on the pill but if that isn't an option then try these skin, hair and nails vitamins there great and it just might help.

I've heard good things about the drug "spironactalone," (sp?) it supposedly haults testosterone production which you probably make too much of. Good natural remedies for hormonal acne are taking evening primrose oil tablets and drinking peppermint tea daily. You should also invest in a clarisonic if you don't already have one :) good luck.

For acne and its horrible spots. try aloe vera gel and tea tree oil. mix the both and apply whole face and leave it and wash your face in the morning. it defenatelly works. but you wll have to patience at least for one month.

I use tea tree oil and love it.
@Alia. I also have PCOS. It isn't necessarily impossible to conceive with this condition but it does require hormone therapy and maybe invertro. Talk to your doctor.
