My nails don't grow strong, help!?!?

My nails grow slow and so does my hair. I have weak nails that bend and brake easily and I have thin hair prone to split ends. I need help! I have tried a punch of clear nail polish that say it will help my nails, but it doesn't long.

Use a nail strengthener or take hair, nails, and skin and get your split ends trimmed off.
