Is it possible to dye hair?

Hei girls! My sister has dark blonde/light brown hair with blodish highlights. She wants her hair about 2 tones lighter but she doesn't want to bleach it. Can you dye this hair lighter or bleach is the only answer?

Always check with a professional first but if you're like me and just want to do it go to you beauty supply store and ask them for a hi-lift dye or do a "bleach wash" since it's easier on hair than just bleaching :) hope that helps! I got my dyed black hair light enough to go purple with bleach washes and it didn't damage my hair as much. you guys would probably only nees to do it once.

But always do it with a professional

So if your hair falls out you have someone to blame nah it's just safer and they will say if it will work
