Maybe less heavy on the eyeliner try a nude eyeliner on your waterline brown eyeshadow on your bottom lashline and crease a brighte eyeshadow in your inner corner an lid an maskara.

I would go for a thinner liner look and maybe a nude/white liner in the waterline to open your eyes up. You would also look really nice with a filled in bold brow. Lastly, you would look gorgeous with a bold lip color like a burgundy or bright orange color. Good luck!
