Not sure still need more opinions cause I like the top but lots of ppl have said the dress so...

I personally would wear the top, it's pretty yet I would feel comfortable walking and going around all day shopping etc.

If you like top more, get it! you will prolly get more use from it BC you truly seem to like it more.
