Do the pictures have a filter on it, or is it just the lighting? And it's a pretty look, but I would add a more red toned lipstick and maybe line your bottom lash-line thicker? You could also add false lashes or layer up mascara to really get the look, but I like that you toned it down and made it a wearable, everyday version. Looks pretty!(:

It's pretty but if going for miley's look definitely put eyeliner on the bottom, make your brows darker, add blush and add a really red lipstick. I think the look is great as an everyday.

I agree that you should go for a bolder brow, and wearing a brighter red lip. It's personal preference, but I think red lips are pretty wearable for everyday, so I wouldn't worry about toning it down! Lovely look! Love your hair too xx.
