Pimple problem! Please help!

This pimple won't go away and I've put a bunch of pimple cream on it and it won't go away! ( I haven't waxed in a while so sorry about my hairy lip)

I don't think it's a pimple anymore. I think it's just the irritation left over. Be nice to it and it'll look fine.

Try rubbing an alcohol wipe on it. The alcohol wipe will dry it out.

Don't pick it, and stop putting pimple cream on it. If you overuse the products it dries out the area, and irritates the "pimple" more. But I agree with Sapphire. It looks like irritation.
