Sounds weird, but put coffee in a spray bottle with olive oil! Put on your sunscreen, use 30 since you're pale. Then spray the mixture on you and rub it in. You'll tan safety xx

A gradual tanning lotion! I use the Walmart brand of Jergan's Natural Glow (it's called Equate Healthy Glow) and it works really well!

I'm a redhead too but I tan naturally really well in the sun. I don't burn most the time. But I say being a red head you still should go higher than a 30 SPF. Go up to 50 at least. My sister is also a redhead and she can't tan at all. She has to use like 80 SPF or something like that. If she does not, she burns. So the best thing you can do is get a tanning lotion and use that instead.
I love redheads with tans. They loot so unique and gorgeous :) I wish you luck

I am going to give you my secret for tanning. It makes a huge difference on me.
Usually I spend my summer mornings tanning. I wake up, lightly exfoliate while I take a shower and then apply my tanning oil. I eat breakfast or whatever and then go and lay out.
The key here is applying your tanning oil at least 15 minutes before you go outside. It's the instruction on the bottle, but so many people go outside first and then drench themselves in oil and immediately lay down. Allowing it to soak into your body makes ALL the difference.
My favorite oil is Banana Boat. I only use SPF4 because I don't burn at all. You may want to go a little bit higher.

I would definitely recommend a tanning lotion such as Jergens Natural Glow or St. Tropaz. If you always burn then I highly don't recommend sitting outside in the sun or using tanning oil or going to sunbeds. The reason being is that people that can't tan don't have enough melanin in their skin. There are 2 types of melanin, eumelanin and pheomelanin. Eumelanin gives you that brown tan but in some people it's deeper in the skin and pheomelanin is closer to the skins surface which turns you red. If you go tanning you are at a greater risk of skin cancer because of this. I hope this helped!
