Yes that is the one!! For their sunless tanning they sell three steps...#1 is the prep lotion #2 is that can right there (the actual tanning stuff) and #3 is is lotion to maintain the color. I only bought #2 which works just fine alone :) so what I did was take a shower and used my body wash that has exfoliating beads in it, and brand works fine, towel dried, then sprayed myself. Sometimes I used my hand to spread the application and when you do that you never rub it in, you start from the top of your arm or leg or back tummy and you stroke down. Not up n down.

I did it only once on Friday it's now Tuesday and tomorrow I'll still be tan :)
