I use shea moisture african black soap moisturizer. I have oily combination skin and I loooove it. I don't wear foundation and stuff like that so I don't know about wearing it under makeup

I really like the Aveeno Positively Radiant moisturizer for use before makeup. It makes my face feel very smooth and even in texture, which I love.

You don't want something heavy or greasy under your makeup and it should have spf ,cerave spf moisturizer is a good one

The brand is called Simple light moisturizer and it works amazing. I get oily skin too. It also has non harsh chemicals which I think is a plus 👌

A tip for moisturizing your face for oily skin is just start applying the moisturizer from the far part of your face like near your ears towards the T-Zone, instead of starting to apply it on the T-zone. That way you get less moisturizer in the most oily part of your face!! Hope this was helpful :)
