I'm also going to say the Clinique stay matte because it is probably the best I used for my combination skin. If you are looking for a drugstore product, the Bourjois healthy mix foundation is also very good :)

Is it better to apply with your fingers or a foundation brush?

For the powder I've been using one from Chanel but it's not affordable at all. So maybe you can try the stay matte powder from Rimmel!

Using a brush is better because there is so much bacterias on your hands and it can make you breaking out. So use a brush but you have to wash it :)

I have skin like yours and I use neutrogena healthy skin foundation and I use loreal mineral powder foundation gives good coverage with out breaking me out and with out looking cakey and it's not bad on budget also I'm trying out revlon color stay right now so far ok but I'm keeping my loreal powder lol.

I use rimmel London 25 hour lasting finish foundation I think it's really good because it feels light weight but also gives a good coverage although I have very pale skin and the colours don't seem quite correct as the light porcelain (my normal colour) it still dark so be careful :) and I just team it up with a powder from the 'natural collection' in boots! They are really good and they are also cheep and don't cause a outbreak of spots :) I don't really know if it will go okay with oily skin though but it's worth a shot I guess :)
