Help With Gel Liner.

So for some reason gel liner always smears on my eyelids! no matter what and I'm just about ready to give up on it. and I do have oily lids too! is there any primer that I can use to help with the smearing of it?

Have you tried inglot gel liner sold on beautylish? It's suppose to be really really good. For eyeshadow primer have you tried lorac or NARS?

I've tried to set it with eyeshadow but it doesn't help and no lynzie I haven't tried it. but I think gel eyeliner isnt meant for me before I used to use a loreal felt tip one and it worrked perfect no smearing
