Clogged pores when wearing foundation??

This has been happening with all liquid foundations I've used. I'm now using Revlon's Color Stay and my pores on my nose and around my nose clog up.. How to prevent this??
I use the NYX photo loving primer::

How long do you keep your foundation on? I try to take off my foundation as soon as possible (usually once I get home from work). Also, try using a face primer so it can act as a barrier between your face and your makeup.
