I just use a bys liquid foundation and then savvy mineral powder over the top it's looks great.

Cover FX!! I have roseacea and darkly pigmented scarring (olive skin tends to scar much darker - yay :/), and Cover FX is the gentlest, best coverage stuff I've come across in my 2 decade long search. It's made for people with melasma, port wine stains, and post surgical covering. Not sure if you get is where you are, but here in Canada they carry it at most Shopper's Drug Mart locations, and apparently on the home shopping network. Best part is I never break out from it when I (often!) forget to take it off before bed. And no, I have no affiliation with them lol, just grateful to find something that finally works :)

MUFE Mat Velvet + and Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 hour are my personal fave. Estee Lauded Double Wear and Cover Fx get good reviews here too.
