I'm unsure about foundation but I know some good skin care products to reduce the oil such as Clay Cleanser, Toner Oils, Control Lotion, Skin Prep Scrubs, and Skin Refining Masques, there's loads of brands that do these products one of thems dermalogica which really helped my skin 👍

Covergirl 3 in 1 outlast foundation works pretty well on my oily skin! Make sure you don't have any dry patches though because the product clings to dry skin.

Garnier bb cream for oily/combo skin. I have the oilest skin in the world and the garnier keeps me the most dry. revlon colorstay works (for oily/combo skin) but garnier bb cream is better.

I also use no powder because it oils me up
more. I think you need some blotting pads as well.

Make sure you moisturise well, as sometimes a lack of sudden moisture in the skin, can cause the skin to 'freak' out and produce lots of oil to try and retain moisture, hence your oily skin. I would also try using a primer but I recommend Rimmel London Stay Matte foundation :)

I second the revlon colour stay for keeping oil at bay, it's good coverage and long wearing, I hated the garnier bb cream tho, thought it was quite thick and sat in my pores, a lot of people on here love it though and it's not expensive so you wouldn't waste much money if you tried it and didn't like it.

Mhairi I think garnier bb cream works best with a primer, that's why I likes it so much. I'm sorry it doesn't work for you!

Try using milk of magnesia as a primer which works for a lot. What works for me is getting a powder puff and some cornstarch and heavily patting it on your face and leave it there for a couple of minutes and then use a big fluffy powder brush to dust off the excess powder :)

Use milk of magnesia as a primer, for foundation bourjois 123 and merle norman lasting foundation are good options..merle norman is super matte, keeps face oil free but is a little expensive.

I'm not sure I would use milk of magnesia as a primer. I'm not quite sure of the specifics, but I heard that it actually harms your skin. I would do some research to make sure though (: I'm not really sure about foundation though. I like hourglass immaculate foundation and my skin can be pretty oily, but it's pretty expensive. I'm not sure about drugstore
