The thing to remember with smokey eyes is that it's dark to light from your lashline up to your brow bone. So, darkest color goes all around your eyes, and then blends smoothly up to a bit past your crease. There are no harsh lines, and no inner corner highlights. It's a very soft, dark look.

When I do smokey eyes I always take a eyeliner pencil and do a little scribble on the lid and rub it in with a brush to use as a base colour :)

This smokie eye is nice!! I love that you put on false lashes to make the look more dramatic!! I usually use tape on the outer corners to make the shadow sharp and clean on the ends!! Also I sometimes do the "raccoon" smokie and take the dark color over my lid!! But this look is nice!! Great job!!
