My friend wants me to do her makeup for a sweet 16 amd she's wearing that dress. what makeup looks would look good with it? also she has a hooded lid so how can I work with that?

A non bold cat eye with the same color glitter liner on too as well :)))
If it's too bold and thick it looks like eyeshadow lol it happens to me too much because I barely have lids!
And for the eyeshadow maybe a brown or pink? And in the corners a light color to make her eyes pop! <3333
