Do these expire and are they any good?

I found a bunch of these but they're from a few years ago. There's no best before/expired date on them
They still sell them from where I got them and they are sealed off
Also are they good?

Most of the beauty products expire in about three years. so if they have a manufacturing date den you can compare with it.
