Does it say on the bottle? I normally would do it after a shower where I exfoliate/shave.

It is best to be fully clean and exfoliated so either tonight after bath or tomorrow morning before you go out and about. Be careful though if you sleep in weird positions, I've gotten odd creases and lines from putting it on just before bed. Let it dry for awhile and you should be fine.
