Personally, no. I think it works best on people who have almond eyes or slanted eyes. I don't particularly care for it on girls with downturned or rounded eyes. To me I think it emphasizes not creates something that's not there in the first place

Anyone can wear it for sure, one people just look a significant amount better without it. It's important to play with lengths, thickness and angles to achieve a wing that compliments your eye shape!

Anyone can wear it but I look really bad with winged eyeliner because I have hooded eyes and you literally can't see any of my eyelid haha but I think the majority of people can do a winged eyeliner look

Oh that's easy! You have protuding eyes like me. I know that sounds ugly but it's like we have medium sized eyes. They stick out a bit more than the standard eye and are a bit more "open" if that makes sense lol. Think Nicole Richie

You can get away with it too ❤️ I been wearing it for the last 4 years everyday (since my eyes are a bit slanted )

I mean hey, it looks like hell on me, but if you like it, that's what counts.

My liner is always winged but my falsies are always in the way lol. This is an old pic. I still kinda do it like this but a bit more dramatic. The real key for me is making sure the wing starts to extend at the very end of my eye. It's weird on my skin fold if I start winging it out before that point

I don't think so... Some people can really pull it off but others... Not so much.

I think winged eyeliner works with everyone, but the shape has to change depending on your own eye shape so it looks good :)

I'm not really sure what the 'rules' are for eyeliner.
I do know there are different ways to do different winged looks.

That being said, I had a MUA tell me that winged eyeliner could not be done on my eyes.
That they will 'not be visible' or look good and that I do not have an appropriate eye shape for it.

She also didn't know what powder foundation was.

So you tell me?

Well, I've barely started playing with makeup and turns out! if you like a certain style of makeup and someone says it won't work for you. It will (: You just have to learn about yourself and play with looks. This is a look I've done and Maybe the sixth time I've worn eyeliner so...Just be creative and have fun with it! Makeup should enhance features and shouls express yourself.

I don't think anyone can pull off winged eyeliner. It's all about eye shape. Just as not everyone can pull off heavy eyeliner. Or not wearing any liner in bottom lash.
