I shaved my hair off for cancer research a while back and it's starting to get to a really awkward stage I want to grow it back out but I don't know what to do with it while it's being this awkward... Any help?

Aw good on you for doing it fir cancer😊maybe just clip the front bits back :L or just stick a headband in and it would look fine.
