You can use it by smudging into your upper and lower lash line in order to create a smokey type of effect or you can line your waterline or tightline (the flesh parts on the edge of your eye, sorry if I didn't explain it too well!) you can use that depending on the colour you got to brighten your eyes and give the illusion of bigger eyes :)
