Looks really good, especially for a first attempt. I would just make the dots a more solid white - & maybe a tad smaller - but other than that I really like it :D

~The lines could use cleaned up a little, like has been said, but practice makes perfect.
~The white dots could be done a little smaller (in my opinion) and more solid.
~My main problem is the highlight on the lips, you did it on the very top and the very bottom, when light wouldn't hit like that. Choose to do the highlight either at the top (preferably) or bottom on each lip.
Otherwise I think you did real well for your first time.
