My dress is white long and backless. I'm going for a sexy red carpet look. Like Scarlett Johnson or Megan fox.

You look amazing either way! I'd say up, just so that when you're dancing it isn't flopping in your face :)

Oh my gosh, they're both drop-dead gorgeous looks!! I like your hair down a *bit* better though. It gives off a more red carpet vibe, in my opinion :)

Down! Why? First off, you look like a goddess with hair down. Second, your dress is like Greek inspired and it matches with your hair down. Hair up is on trend right now as well as hair down on red carpet. It depends on the styling. With this kind of dress you want to look gorgeous but not showing too much skin. With hair up, it accentuates your chest area, thus taking away their attention from your pretty face to your chest. You don't want people to stare at it. So with hair down styled on the side, you look more elegant and glamorous. People will still see your model-like collarbone and your neck which are sexy for guys btw. Plus you have a hair of a goddess so flaunt it. 😉
