"Summer girls" lipstick shade help!!

I am a "summer girl" meaning I have fair skin, I'm blonde and have blue eyes, I always struggle to find a shade of lipstick that suits me as colours like red washes me out, I often wear nude pink but that's no good with a blue outfit? Ha, but I am so sick of foundation lips now.. Please help 😕💄
