It can. Mine has when I have too much on, looks a little cakey, well foundation at least. Put powder on, and you can use a setting spray

It definitely can! I use a face primer first then add a little bit of foundation so it doesn't look to cakey. Then I set it with powder and add a setting spray then I'm ready to go!! (:

Some foundations can. I do sports and sometimes I don't have time to take my make up off so I practice with my makeup and I start to sweat and when practice is over everyone tells me my makeup stays flawless and it's true I use the revlon colorstay whipped foundation.
