I can't figure out how to have the green stand out in my eyes. My eyes are a green and brown. Anybody that could help would be very much appreciated.

Purple and brown will really help the green stand out. And I personally think silver and golds go with any eye colour

Pink would really make them stand out since red and green are contrasting colors but if you want something more subtle I like shona's suggestion that gold and silver go well with everything.
