Makeup setting sprays??

What are some good setting sprays? And do they keep your face matte?

Elf has a good cheap one (only like 3 dollars) and it works well, but I wouldn't say it keeps your face matte... Haha for me I had dry skin so I need a dewy finish and that's what the elf spray does for me
